Yes, you can order nicotine pouches to New Zealand. We ship from Sweden to Auckland, Wellington, Christchurch and the rest of the country, and checkout shows the shipping price before you pay. A popular pick is the Mystery Can.
One thing to know before ordering: New Zealand is outside the EU customs territory, so import duty, VAT, or handling fees may be charged when your parcel arrives. Those charges are yours to pay, not ours. We cannot predict them or prepay them.
What Happens at New Zealand Customs
Every parcel we send to New Zealand is shipped Delivered Duty Unpaid. New Zealand Customs may assess GST and duties based on the declared value of your order. If they do, the charge is raised on arrival and you pay it directly to Customs or the carrier before delivery is completed.
Age verification happens on our site at checkout. You must be 18 or over to order.
We are not liable for import VAT or duties. Any charge raised on arrival is your responsibility. Keep your order confirmation email: Customs may ask for proof of purchase value when calculating duty.
Shipping to New Zealand
The shipping price to New Zealand depends on the destination and the order value, and checkout shows it before you pay. Shipping is charged once per order, not per can, so a larger order spreads that cost over more cans. Import GST or duty may be charged on arrival and is paid by you.
Orders ship from our warehouse in Sweden. You get a tracking number by email when the parcel leaves, so you can follow it all the way to your door.

Ordering to New Zealand Without Surprises
New Zealand is humid, so store sealed cans in a cool, dry place once they arrive. Do not leave them in a car glovebox over summer.
If you order regularly, combining cans into fewer, larger orders means fewer parcels and fewer shipping charges. Checkout shows the exact shipping price for each order before you pay.
We do not offer bank transfer for New Zealand orders. Checkout shows the live payment options and the exact shipping cost in EUR before you confirm.
