Pouchland ships nicotine pouches from our Swedish warehouse to addresses across Norway. We are not a snus store in Oslo, and we do not have a physical shop anywhere in the country. Every order is packed in Sweden and sent by UPS with tracking.
One thing to know before you order: Norway is outside the EU customs territory. Your parcel may be charged import VAT and duty on arrival, and Tolletaten sets those amounts. We are not liable for them. If a charge is raised at the border, it is yours to pay before the parcel is released.
What the checkout will ask for
Age verification happens on our site at checkout, not by the courier at the door. You confirm you are 18 or older when you pay. UPS will not ask for ID on delivery because of us.
Shipping to Norway, without the guesswork
Norway is an EU Far destination in our system. You get two UPS options at checkout:
| Option | Delivery time | Cost |
|---|---|---|
| UPS Access Point | 1-3 days | Free from €75, otherwise from €6.99 |
| UPS Express | 1-2 days | From €7.99 |
We price in EUR. Orders over €75 get free Access Point delivery. We pack in the order queue and you get a tracking number by email when the parcel leaves Sweden.
What Norwegian buyers actually order
VELO mint varieties are the most common choice in orders to Norway. The Velo Bestsellers collection holds the current range. For a wider mint selection, see XQS Mint Collection.
If you want something outside the usual mint lineup, the fruit nicotine pouches and berry nicotine pouches collections carry flavours that are harder to find in Norwegian convenience stores.
Strength Guide
Pouchland groups nicotine pouches by mg per pouch. Use these store-wide collection tiers when comparing strength.
| Strength Category | Nicotine (mg/pouch) | Recommended For | Comparable To |
|---|---|---|---|
| Light | ≤ 4 mg | Beginners / very light smokers | Light cigarettes |
| Medium | 4.1 – 8 mg | Casual / occasional users | Regular cigarettes |
| Strong | 8.1 – 12 mg | Daily / pack-a-day smokers | Full-strength cigarettes |
| Extra Strong | 12.1 – 20 mg | Experienced heavy smokers | High-nicotine snus |
| Extreme | 20.1 mg+ | Experienced users only | Strongest snus on the market |
Use one pouch at a time. If you experience dizziness, nausea, headache, or a racing heartbeat, stop using and switch to a lower strength.
What happens at the Norwegian border
Norway is not in the EU customs union. Parcels from Sweden cross a customs border. Tolletaten publishes the current import rules. Duty, VAT and handling fees may be added when the parcel enters Norway. Those charges belong to the recipient, not to Pouchland.
We cannot tell you in advance what a specific parcel will be charged. The amount depends on the value of the order and the customs declaration. Checkout shows the live shipping options and prices for your address.
What we do not do
We do not offer free shipping to Norway below €75. We do not quote shipping in Norwegian kroner. We do not promise that a parcel will clear customs without charges.
If you are looking for a physical shop
We do not operate a snus store in Oslo, Bergen, Trondheim or anywhere else in Norway. Every order is sent from Sweden. That is the trade-off: no counter to walk up to, but a catalogue of new arrivals and extra strong pouches that a single shop shelf cannot hold.
