Ordering pouches before a trip to France? Have them delivered to your UK address before you leave. UPS Standard reaches UK addresses in 1-3 days and UPS Express in 1-2 days, so a few days' margin before your departure date is enough.
This product contains nicotine. Nicotine is an addictive substance.
Getting cans to your UK door in time
| Service | Price | Delivery |
|---|---|---|
| UPS Standard | From €6.99, free from €75 | 1-3 days |
| UPS Express | From €9.99 | 1-2 days |
If you're ordering late, pay for Express. Standard is fine if you've got a working week before you fly. We price in euros. Checkout shows the live options for your address.
Reading the mg on the can
We sort every product by milligrams of nicotine per pouch, not by the brand's own label. A can marked "strong" by one brand can land in a different band on our scale.
| Band | mg per pouch |
|---|---|
| Nicotine Free | 0 |
| Light | Above 0, under 5 |
| Medium | 5 to under 10 |
| Strong | 10 to under 15 |
| Extra Strong | 15 to under 25 |
| Extreme | 25 and up |
Use one pouch at a time. If you get dizzy, feel sick, get a headache or notice a racing heartbeat, take the pouch out and drop to a lower band.
