Yes, you can buy ZYN online and have it shipped to a US address. We send every US order with PostNord, and you have to be 21 or older to buy it.
The age to buy ZYN in the US is 21
21 is the federal minimum age for buying any nicotine product in the US, and ZYN is included. Your date of birth is checked before an order goes through. If you are under 21, we will not sell to you.
What a US ZYN order looks like from our side
PostNord is the only carrier we use for US parcels. Delivery takes 3-5 days.
| Detail | US orders |
|---|---|
| Carrier | PostNord |
| Shipping from | €7.99 |
| Free shipping | Orders from €150 |
| Delivery time | 3-5 days |
| Maximum per parcel | 60 cans |
The 60-can cap keeps each parcel under 2 kg. If you want to stock up beyond that, it has to go as a second order.
The ZYN range we carry, sorted by mg
Our ZYN collection runs from 3 mg to 16.5 mg per pouch. Here is where each one falls on our strength scale:
| mg per pouch | Pouchland tier | ZYN flavours |
|---|---|---|
| 3 mg | Light | Apple Mint Mini, Black Cherry Mini, Spearmint Mini |
| 6 mg | Medium | Cucumber Lime, Lemon Spritz |
| 9 mg | Medium | Citrus, Red Berry Fizz, Violet Licorice |
| 11 mg | Strong | Blackcurrant Ice, Cactus Spice, Cool Mint, Menthol Ice |
| 16.5 mg | Extra Strong | Cool Mint Ice Ultra Strong |
Cool Mint Ice Ultra Strong is the strongest ZYN we stock.
Trying ZYN for the first time
Start at 3 mg or 6 mg. The Mini cans at 3 mg are smaller pouches, which many first-timers find easier to keep under the lip.
Put one pouch under your upper lip and leave it there for up to 60 minutes. Don't chew it or swallow it. If you feel dizzy or nauseous, take it out and drop to a lower mg next time. Peer-reviewed work on nicotine pouches appears in BMJ Tobacco Control, and WHO's tobacco pages cover nicotine more broadly.
Keep unopened cans sealed somewhere cool and dry, and check the date on the can before you open it. Used pouches go in household waste.
If ZYN isn't the one
VELO is the other brand people most often weigh against ZYN. The full shelf, across every brand and mg, is in all products.
