Nicotine pouches are legal in Lithuania for adults 18 and older. We have shipped 197 orders to Lithuania, to 107 customers, and every parcel leaves our Swedish warehouse already inside the EU customs union. That means no import duty and no customs paperwork when your order reaches Vilnius.
Most people in Lithuania order Mystery Can first. After that, the repeat orders are VELO Orange Spark, VELO Dark Blackcurrant, VELO Icy Cherry, VELO Tropical Mango Strong, and VELO Freezing Peppermint Max.
Is snus legal in Vilnius?
Snus, the tobacco product, is not what we sell. Nicotine pouches are tobacco-free and legal in Lithuania for adults 18 and older. Age verification happens on our site at checkout, not by the courier at the door.
Because the parcel ships from Sweden inside the EU customs union, you will not pay import duty or handle customs paperwork. We are not liable for import VAT or duties, but for Lithuania there are none on these shipments.
What Vilnius orders actually contain
The most ordered product by customers in Lithuania is Mystery Can. The five VELO lines that follow are all fruit or mint, and the strengths cluster in the strong range. Here is the full list, most orders first:
- Mystery Can
- VELO Orange Spark
- VELO Dark Blackcurrant
- VELO Icy Cherry
- VELO Tropical Mango Strong
- VELO Freezing Peppermint Max
If you want the same range, start with VELO bestsellers or browse fruit nicotine pouches.

Strength Guide
Pouchland groups nicotine pouches by mg per pouch. Use these store-wide collection tiers when comparing strength.
| Strength Category | Nicotine (mg/pouch) | Recommended For | Comparable To |
|---|---|---|---|
| Light | ≤ 4 mg | Beginners / very light smokers | Light cigarettes |
| Medium | 4.1 – 8 mg | Casual / occasional users | Regular cigarettes |
| Strong | 8.1 – 12 mg | Daily / pack-a-day smokers | Full-strength cigarettes |
| Extra Strong | 12.1 – 20 mg | Experienced heavy smokers | High-nicotine snus |
| Extreme | 20.1 mg+ | Experienced users only | Strongest snus on the market |
Use one pouch at a time. If you experience dizziness, nausea, headache, or a racing heartbeat, stop using and switch to a lower strength.
Tobacco-free, not smoking
Nicotine pouches contain no tobacco leaf. You place one under your upper lip and the nicotine absorbs through the gum. No smoke, no vapour.
Lithuania's indoor smoking bans apply to smoking and vaping. A pouch produces neither, so the ban does not cover it. A private venue can still set its own rule.
Customs and legal position
Lithuania is inside the EU customs union. Our parcels ship from Sweden, so there is no import duty and no customs declaration for you to complete. We include VAT in the price for EU orders.
We are not liable for import VAT or duties. If a charge were ever raised on arrival, it would be your responsibility. For Lithuania, that does not happen on our shipments.
The EU Tobacco Products Directive sets the framework for nicotine pouch regulation across member states. You can read it on the European Commission tobacco page. The European Food Safety Authority publishes the scientific assessments behind nicotine product rules.
Placing an order to Vilnius
Pick your cans, go to checkout, and verify your age on the site. The courier does not check ID at the door. Enter your Vilnius address and pay. You will get a tracking link after dispatch.
If you want the products Lithuania orders most, start with VELO bestsellers or VELO Flavour Fusion. For something outside VELO, XPCT nicotine pouches and 77 nicotine pouches are both in the catalogue.
