Can You Buy Nicotine Pouches in Paris?
Yes, until 1 April 2026. That is the date France's ban on non-medicinal oral nicotine products takes effect. Until then, adults 18+ can order from Pouchland and have pouches delivered to any Paris address from Sweden within 1-3 business days.
We have shipped 703 orders to France, to 296 customers. The most ordered product by those customers is the Mystery Can, followed by VELO Freezing Peppermint Max, VELO Freezing Peppermint, VELO Crispy Peppermint, and VELO Freezing Peppermint Ultra.
Because we ship from Sweden, inside the EU customs union, there is no import duty and no customs paperwork for you. VAT is included in the listed price. Age verification happens at checkout on our site, not by the courier at the door.
What Parisians Actually Order
Mint dominates. Four of the five most ordered products by our customers in France are VELO peppermint variants. The exception is the Mystery Can, which is exactly what it sounds like: a random can at a lower price. If you know what you like, VELO Freezing Peppermint Max is the single most ordered named product.

Delivery to Paris
Paris falls within our EU Close shipping zone. You have two options at checkout:
| Method | Cost | Delivery time |
|---|---|---|

| UPS Express | From €6.99 | 1-2 days |

What About the 1 April 2026 Ban?
The French government has confirmed a national ban on non-medicinal oral nicotine products from 1 April 2026. The ANSM (French Medicines Agency) is the regulator. Until that date, sales to adults remain legal.
After the ban, we will not be able to ship to France. If you want to stock up, order before the end of March 2026.
What You Cannot Get Locally
Paris tabacs carry a narrow range of mainstream brands, usually in mint or wintergreen. Stock varies by arrondissement and sells out. We carry the full Swedish range, including Après Nicotine Pouches, XPCT Nicotine Pouches, and 77 Nicotine Pouches.
If you want something other than mint, look at Fruit Nicotine Pouches or Berry Nicotine Pouches.
Strength Guide
Pouchland groups nicotine pouches by mg per pouch. Use these store-wide collection tiers when comparing strength.
| Strength Category | Nicotine (mg/pouch) | Recommended For | Comparable To |
|---|---|---|---|
| Light | ≤ 4 mg | Beginners / very light smokers | Light cigarettes |
| Medium | 4.1 – 8 mg | Casual / occasional users | Regular cigarettes |
| Strong | 8.1 – 12 mg | Daily / pack-a-day smokers | Full-strength cigarettes |
| Extra Strong | 12.1 – 20 mg | Experienced heavy smokers | High-nicotine snus |
| Extreme | 20.1 mg+ | Experienced users only | Strongest snus on the market |
Use one pouch at a time. If you experience dizziness, nausea, headache, or a racing heartbeat, stop using and switch to a lower strength.
One Thing to Know Before You Order
We are not liable for import VAT or duties. Any charge raised on arrival is your responsibility. For orders from Sweden to France, no such charge applies because both countries are in the EU customs union. But if that changes, the charge is yours, not ours.
